As President and CEO, Ralph Moses utilizes his 31 years of experience in the construction industry to provide technical expertise and leadership from project inception to completion.  His ability to lead through adverse conditions is evident in the success of past and present projects alike as well as the success of MWC Construction.  His attention to detail and his involvement in all aspects of the business brings out the most in his team enabling them to provide each and every client with an experience and finished product that far exceeds expectations and industry standards.

Bill Wilson, a construction veteran with 26 years of experience in the construction industry, has gained valuable knowledge through his years that can only be obtained in the field. Bill is a leader in the field and in the office with an exceptional ability to accomplish what appears to be impossible. His approach to scheduling, site logistics and project sequencing, along with his insight to project constructability, have facilitated his ability to achieve project success time and time again.

Hoke Archer joined MWC Construction Company in 2007 after enjoying a brief time of retirement from his company, Arco Builders, where he was Co-owner, President and CEO. Hoke is a construction veteran, having spent half a century in the industry. His portfolio contains well over 100 successfully completed constructed projects which have proven his strong estimating skills precise time and time again. During the last 12 years at Arco, Hoke and his team delivered over $200 million dollars of Construction Management at Risk projects on time and within budget. Hoke’s reputation of being one of the leading general contractors in the industry has been built through the years by ensuring his projects were completed within budget and on schedule.

Bill Archer, a second-generation construction professional, joined MWC Construction in 2007.  His 26 years of experience in the construction industry has earned him much respect from Owners and Architects alike.  His experience in the field combined with his professional demeanor provides him with a unique capability to resolve any situation with variety of subcontractors.  Bill’s ability to multi-task under pressure and his attention to details are key qualities to his continued success in the construction industry.

Jeff Lewis has been employed with MWC Construction for approximately 3 years as a Senior Project Manager. Jeff has over 21 years in the construction industry. Jeff has a wide range of knowledge in the residential and commercial construction industry.

Jeremy Shadrix joined MWC Construction in 2002 as a Co-Op from Southern Polytechnic State University. Since graduation in 2005, he has transitioned from Co-Op to Project Engineer to his current position as Project Manager. Jeremy continues to take on new challenges and responsibilities as his knowledge and skill sets in the construction industry grow and develop.
